Director of Operations At RMS 4.0, we provide executive-level restaurant leadership —giving owners and operators access to seasoned operational expertise without the overhead of a full-time in-house director. Financial Oversight & KPI Management We monitor the numbers that matter—labor, prime cost, food cost trends, sales performance, check averages, scheduling efficiencies, budgets, forecasting, and profit-driving opportunities—turning reports into action. POS & Systems Integrations Support with POS systems, online ordering, third-party delivery platforms, reservation systems, payroll and accounting integrations, reporting platforms, and operational software to streamline workflow and improve visibility. Leadership Coaching & Management Support We provide remote coaching and oversight for managers, shift leaders, and ownership teams through scheduled calls, performance reviews, troubleshooting, and operational guidance. Sales Growth & Revenue Centers We help build and strengthen revenue beyond the dining room through catering, events, promotions, online ordering, partnerships, and other profit-center opportunities often left underdeveloped.
